1. Service Description

Tekstovar (tekstovar.info) is an AI-powered service for generating product descriptions for marketplaces such as Wildberries, Ozon, Amazon, and others. The service uses the Claude AI model by Anthropic.

2. Account and Credits

To use the service, you must create an account. After registration, you receive 3 free credits. Additional credits are purchased via the in-app payment system. One credit is spent per generation request.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to generate content that violates the law, the rights of third parties, or the policies of marketplaces.

4. Generated Content

The generated descriptions are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for verifying that the content complies with the requirements of the marketplace before publishing.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through YooKassa. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.

6. Liability Limitation

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content or for any losses resulting from its use.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We collect your email address, password (stored in encrypted form), product descriptions you submit for generation, generation history, and payment information (processed by YooKassa — we do not store card data).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the service: account management, generation, billing, and support. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your session and remember your language preference. By continuing to use the site, you consent to the use of cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic Claude API (text generation), and YooKassa (payments). Each provider has its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure password storage.
